Yaffo, Heritage 2006:

Harvest: 2006
Blend ingredients: 80% Cabernet, 20% Merlot
Barrel aging: 18 months in french oak barrels
A wonderful mélange of blackberries and black pepper, leather and plum aromas of Merlot plus the cassis and structure of  Cabernet have combined to produce a complex, fruit dominant wine. Long, round and generous.

Yaffo, Cabernet 2008:

Harvest: 2008

Blend ingredients: 85% Cabernet, 15% Merlot

Barrel aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels

The wine has a superb deep ruby red hue with hints of crimson. The bouquet: ripe red berry fruit combined with mocha, licorice and mint notes. The palate: Intense and sweet ripe fruit flavors that lead to a lingering finish of blackberry, chocolate and toasty oak.

Yaffo, Merlot syrah 2008:

Harvest: 2008

Blend ingredients: 70% Merlot, 30% Syrah

Barrel aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels

Developed in French and American barriques for 12 months, deep garnet in color, with soft, gently gripping tannins and notes of spicy wood highlighting red currant and wild berry fruits, those complemented by notes of freshly picked herbs and earthy minerals. Long and generous.

Yaffo, Chardonnay 2009:

Harvest: 2009

Blend ingredients: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Sauvignon Blanc

Barrel aging: 3 months in oak barrels This wine displays very elegant and opulent characteristics. The Yaffo winery Chardonnay combines power and heft withsupple softness and great balance. This wine evinces characteristics typical of this varietal type and Ha’ela Valley Appellation such as pineapple, grapefruit, fig and pear.
