Cabernet sauvignon 2022

A refreshing combination of different varieties from the Yehuda region and the Kadesh Valley, which together created a quality blend.
A medium bodied wine with spices aromas and a hint of coffee and mocha.
Manual harvest and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days, followed by a short soaking on the skins to extract the color and tannins and preserve the fruitiness of the grapes, malolactic fermentation, followed by 8 months aging in oak barrels.
An excellent accompaniment to light dishes and hard cheeses.
