Cabernet sauvignon 2022

A lush, powerful and concentrated wine with aromas of black fruits, spices, chocolate and subtle hints of herbs.
The Cabernet and Merlot grapes were harvested from high-quality plots in the Elah Valley, Manually harvested to maintain the integrity of the grapes until the beginning of the production process. after a long soaking on the skins, The wine is then pressed and fermented a second time before being transferred to a variety of oak barrels to add complexity. The aging process is done in French and American oak barrels for 12 months and blown twice before the final bottling.
An excellent accompaniment to grilled cuts of meat, stews and flavorful cheese.
