A dry and impressive rosé with delightful sweet aromas and flavors reminiscent of strawberries and cream, offering a long and enjoyable finish.
The grapes are sourced from a select, high-quality plot near the winery in the Elah Valley, where they are hand-harvested. The grapes arrived cold to the winery and undergo gentle pressing, followed by cold fermentation. The wine  aged for 6 months in a stainless steel tank, a process that preserves its fruity flavors while maintaining freshness and natural acidity.
This rosé pairs beautifully with fish dishes, pastas, and cold meat.
