This wine features an harmonious blend of floral and spicy aromas that meld beautifully with the bright notes of fresh red fruit. It has soft tannins, a bold color, and a floral and peppery character with a long-lasting finish.
The Syrah grapes are sourced from the Kadesh Valley, while the Merlot and Malbec come from the Judean Mountains. Following a manual harvest, the wine undergoes cold maceration, followed by a two-week fermentation on the skins to extract color and tannins. After pressing, it goes through a second fermentation before being transferred into various types of oak barrels to develop a wider range of flavors. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
This wine is an excellent companion to meat dishes.
