Controlled maceration and cool fermentation to preserve fruit qualities. The wine was aged 18 months in French oak barrels and will continue to develop in bottle in the coming years. Image 22 is concentrated and rich, with characteristic notes of green pepper, plum and ripe black cherry, finishing pleasantly and subtly with coffee, tobacco and juicy sweetness. Pairs excellently with classic beef and lamb stews.
